Established in the Republic of Yemen under commercial reg.No. 54861 are having its headquarters in Sana’a and branches located in Hodeidah, Aden, and its sub-ports, including Mukallah and Nishtun.

Covers all the shipping services as we have an expert staff working for more than 20 years in the field handling most types of vessels such as dry bulk carriers, container ships, chemical & Oil Tankers, barges etc.

CUSTOMS AND DOCUMENTATION

Assist in customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. Including bills of lading, customs declarations, cargo manifests, and other necessary paperwork for smooth cargo movement.

CONTAINERIZATION

Handle the efficient loading, unloading, and stacking of containers on ships and at ports, ensuring the smooth flow of containerized goods.

CARGO HANDLING

Involves the physical movement and management of goods at ports. Stevedores are responsible for loading and unloading cargo from ships using specialized equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and conveyor systems. They ensure proper stowage, securement, and timely transfer of cargo.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

Involves managing the logistics and transportation of goods from the point of origin to the final destination. It includes organizing shipping routes, coordinating with carriers, arranging documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of cargo.

CHARTERING

Involves the process of hiring a ship (either as a whole or a part of it) for the transportation of goods. We are a Chartering agents negotiate contracts, determine freight rates, and handle the legal and commercial aspects of chartering vessels.

PORT OPERATIONS

Involves encompass various activities related to the movement and handling of cargo within a port. This includes vessel berthing, cargo loading and unloading, storage, customs clearance, and other administrative tasks.

PROVISIONS

This encompasses the supply of food, beverages, and other consumables required for the crew and passengers onboard. It includes fresh produce, canned goods, meat, dairy products, and more.

BONDED STORES

These are goods that are kept in a bonded warehouse and are available duty-free for ships. Bonded stores include alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, perfumes, and other luxury items.

DECK AND ENGINE STORES

Includes items necessary for the operation and maintenance of the ship, such as ropes, chains, lubricants, paints, cleaning materials, spare parts, and safety equipment.

CABIN STORES

Provide products required for the comfort and well-being of the crew and passengers. Include bedding, linen, toiletries, clothing, and other personal items.

MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Provide medical supplies and equipment, including medicines, first aid kits, surgical instruments, and medical consumables, to ensure the health and safety of the crew and passengers.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Supply various safety equipment, including life jackets, life rafts, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and other items necessary to comply with maritime safety regulations.
